Job Description

Our client is a well-known branding and design agency that works with lots of big-name FMCG and corporate brands. They have around 200 employees in offices across the world and are currently going through a global expansion (of both employees and services).

They're now looking for a Client Partner who can build long-lasting relationships with clients, act as a strategic consultant and also be a mentor to the rest of the team.

What you'll be doing:

Delivery:

  • Strategically leading projects and problem-solving
  • Planning and leading client workshops
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensuring you have a deep understanding of your clients and their industries
  • Looking for opportunities for business growth from current and new clients

Relationships:

  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers + colleagues, and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Managing conflicts and negotiations
  • Managing and mentoring a team, to help them progress in their careers

Commercials:

  • Staying on top of financial KPIs such as revenue and profit
  • Leading contract negotiations - agreeing estimates and proposals
  • Assistant with financial forecasting

Thought leadership:

  • Speaking at events + general networking
  • Writing view pieces + awards entries
  • Assisting with and presenting on the internal L&D program

What you bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience working in relevant client services / strategic roles
  • Extensive experience working on strategy, branding and design projects - ideally in a branding, design or advertising agency
  • Strong understanding of different client industries, ideally FMCG and/or corporate
  • Proven experience building relationships with clients and bringing in new business
  • Experience with and a passion for line managing and mentoring people
