My client is an independent creative agency with offices in Europe, Asia and a newly-opened office in Canada. Their services include strategy, creative recommendations, design and execution of engaging and beautiful content. They work with lots of well-known beauty, skincare and luxury brands.
They have recently opened an office in Canada and are now looking to hire an Art Director / Creative Lead, who will work closely with the company's COO (who used to run the agency in Singapore)!
There is a path for progression where this person can eventually step up and lead a creative team.
Leading creative direction - cracking creative concepts and providing art direction
Working closely with a copywriter
Ensuring that your creative vision comes to life, working closely with production teams
Building a network of freelance Art Directors
Eventually, hiring people for your team and leading them
What you need:
At least 7 years of relevant experience with strong creative direction skills
A solid background in advertising, design or marketing
Experience working on beauty brands
Experience working in a small agency / happy to wear multiple hats
Experience delivering video projects with an understanding of shoot production and post-production editing (like CGI)
A good understanding of digital and social media platforms
